We love trail running! Join us Saturday, October 12th for the inaugural Deer Creek Trail Runs!
There will be 3 distances: 5 mile, 9 mile, and 18 mile trail runs.
The scenic trail course along the Deer Creek Reservoir features everything for the trail enthusiast – single track trails, rolling course, dry and wet stream bed crossings, and shaded wooded course. The course consist of 98% natural trail and includes some great views of the Deer Creek Reservoir.
2024 marks Greenswell’s 20th year of organizing trail runs and our goal is to continue to build and grow the trail running community in Ohio!
To celebrate, registration is only $20 until October 1!
Join us on a Fall weekend in September at the Ohio Fall Challenge! The final race in HFP Racing’s 2024 Ohio Multisport Series, the Ohio Fall Challenge takes place where it all started this season – at the scenic Deer Creek State Park.
The Ohio Fall Challenge features triathlon, duathlon and aquabike with a distance for all ability levels and experience. The Ohio Fall Challenge is a great race to end your traditional multisport season and head into the “off-season” on a high note!
Deer Creek State Park is located just 20 miles south of Columbus, Ohio off I-71.
The field is limited to the first 500 total participants – so register early!

-the HFP Racing Deer Creek Youth Triathlon & Duathlon on Saturday, June 1*
-the Deer Creek Triathlon, Duathlon & Aquabike on Sunday, June 2, 2024*
*The youth event on Saturday is limited to 100 youth participants, and the event on Sunday is limited to 600 participants – register early!
The event features a distance for all ability levels, whether you’re an experienced multisport athlete or looking for a great course for your first triathlon, the Deer Creek Triathlon, Duathlon & Aquabike is the race for you. There are multiple distances – Mini, Sprint & Olympic and multiple divisions from Age Group, Athena/Clydesdale, Collegiate, High School, and 1st Responders (Police, Fire, EMS and Military – active and veteran) to choose!
