Discover Circleville’s Story on the Circleville History Walk

Step into the heart of Pickaway County’s past on Saturday, May 24, 2025, with the Circleville History Walk—a guided experience that brings local landmarks and architecture to life. This immersive walking tour is presented in partnership with the Pickaway County Visitors Bureau and the Pickaway County Historical Society, with generous support from Coughlin Automotive, OhioHealth, and The Savings Bank.

Designed for both visitors and locals looking to explore with fresh eyes, this guided walk begins at 8:30 AM at Scioto Valley Coffee (216 W. Main St.) and continues through Circleville’s iconic crossroads at Court and Main Streets. Along the way, participants will enjoy storytelling that weaves together the city’s civic legacy, hidden histories, and architectural highlights.

Each $25 ticket includes:

  • A freshly brewed drink from Scioto Valley Coffee

  • A pumpkin donut from the beloved Lindsey’s Bakery

  • An insulated tote bag and water bottle for future adventures

  • Additional surprises during the tour

  • An optional self-guided visit to the Clarke-May Museum

  • A donation supporting the work of the Pickaway County Historical Society

The guided portion of the tour lasts approximately 60–75 minutes. Guests are encouraged to dress for the weather—the event will be held rain or shine.
