“My favorite part of the day is getting in early,” Lisa shares. “The shop is clean from the night before, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee fills the air, and then comes the best part: seeing the excitement of customers walking through the door.”

One heartwarming story involves a regular customer who brings his daughters every week before school. For months, his daughter admired the shop’s hot pink sweatshirt. That Christmas, he surprised her with one. “He sent me a video of her opening it,” Lisa recalls. “It was humbling and exciting to witness her joy. Moments like these make everything worthwhile.”
