Start the morning with lakeside yoga at Hargus Lake in Pickaway County.

Participants are invited to bring a yoga mat and water bottle and join Holly Marie, LMT of Sunshine Upon You, for a relaxing outdoor class near the lake. Guests will walk across the dam to meet lakeside for a morning focused on movement, fresh air, and scenic views.

This free community wellness event is hosted through Pickaway County Public Health’s Healthy Steps Program.
