A 5K walk/run will take place at Mary Virginia Crites Hannan Park on May 9, 2026, with check-in beginning at 8:30 a.m. and the race starting at 9:00 a.m.

The event welcomes participants of all ages and ability levels, along with spectators who would like to show their support. All proceeds will benefit the Kidney Cancer Association, helping fund awareness efforts, medical research, and treatment advancements.

Participants who make a donation will be entered into prize drawings, including a grand prize vacation giveaway (winner must be 18 or older and responsible for applicable taxes and fees). Snacks and goody bags will be available while supplies last.
