This book club reads fiction & non-fiction. Titles are suggested by members and chosen by the moderator. Evening meetings are typically held on the fourth Wednesdays at 6:30PM.

This program uses Sun Style Tai Chi forms to: improve physical and mental balance, increase flexibility, decrease arthritis pain, and help prevent falls. Tai Chi for Beginners can be done seated or standing and we will practice both during class.
