There will be a donation box for those wanting to donate to A New Leaf, Inc. A New Leaf, Inc is a non-profit organization providing specialized foster care services for children and families, serving Central and Southern Ohio.

Any one is welcome.

You do not have to be a Believe In Fitness member to join us.
We will start and finish at the gym.
