Join us for a taste of BINGOcize! BINGOcize is a ten-week evidence-based workshop combining Bingo, exercise, and falls prevention education. Bingocizers play two 45-60 minute games per week for ten weeks consisting of exercises designed to improve all functional fitness including range of motion, balance, muscle strength, and cardio-respiratory endurance.

Join us at the Younkin Branch Library to make a layered sand jar with a fossil poking through the sand! Registration is required.
The third Thursday is movie day at the Main Library! The 1PM matinee is targeted toward adults and will feature just-out-on-DVD feature films as well as classics. The 6PM movie is targeted toward families and features newly released DVDs. Popcorn and lemonade are provided, and outside refreshments are welcome. Suggestions for future titles are welcome.
This program uses Sun Style Tai Chi forms to: improve physical and mental balance, increase flexibility, decrease arthritis pain, and help prevent falls. Tai Chi for Beginners can be done seated or standing and we will practice both during class.
