Taste of Tai Chi!

Join OSU Extension and the Pickaway County Park District for a relaxing introduction to Tai Chi! This FREE one-day trial class is the perfect opportunity to experience Sun Style Tai Chi, a gentle form known for improving balance, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Whether seated or standing, come get a “taste” of Tai Chi and discover if it’s right for you—no previous experience required!

This program is FREE and open to the public! Spots are limited to 30 participants, and registration is required. Secure your spot on Eventbrite or register by emailing mellis@pickawaycountyohio.gov.

The class will be held indoors at the District Headquarters in our accessible event room.

The site features a paved parking lot, access ramp, and restrooms. An adult must accompany all children under 12.
