  • Lower-level bunk room with two twin beds and a bunk bed set.
  • Sofa in the family room can accommodate additional sleepers.
• Living Spaces:
  • Open-concept main floor with a dining table for six and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample cooking tools.
  • Screened-in porch for enjoying the sights, sounds, and smells of the farm.
  • Lower-level living area with a ping-pong table and a TV wall for entertainment.

  • In-ground swimming pool (available June–September, not heated).
  • Stocked fishing pond with bass, bluegill, and two playful carp named Flotsam and Jetsam.
  • Fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars.

  • Laundry facilities with soap provided.
  • Covered garage and parking for up to four cars.
  • Accessibility options, including a wheelchair ramp and wide aisles (note: the lower level and pool are not fully accessible).

Dog-Friendly Rules:
Reber Hill House welcomes dogs and keeps the property pet-fee-free. Guests are asked to follow house rules to maintain its dog-friendly status, including cleaning up after dogs, keeping them off furniture, and ensuring they stay safe around the electric fence and pond.

Important Notes:

• The farm is a working property with the charm (and occasional smells) of rural life. Expect to hear animals during feeding times and trains in the distance.
• Guests can walk the orchards, trails, and lanes but are not permitted to swim in the pond, enter cattle fields, or climb fences.
