Hike the Rich Van Horn Trail with a Deer Creek State Park naturalist on this free, guided nature hike. The 1-mile, mostly wooded trail offers lake views and circles a pond, with rooty, sometimes muddy sections, so enclosed footwear and weather-appropriate gear are recommended, along with water and a snack. Park at the Deer Creek Lodge & Conference Center; the naturalist will meet hikers at the picnic tables by the trailhead.
