Kid-friendly snacks are the focus of this basic food preparation series for children ages 5-8 (or any child just beginning to make snacks for themselves). Presented by OSU Extension of Pickaway County, it is free to attend, but advance registration is REQUIRED. Reservations can be made online or by calling 740-477-1644. Kids will learn food/kitchen safety lessons as well as nutrition info and recipes. Parents/guardians are encouraged to stay in the class during class time. When registering please add your child’s name and age, and the name of the adult who will be joining them.

The classes are on June 3, June 10 and June 17. It is not necessary to attend all three classes.
