YOU can help create opportunities for students at Westfall!\n \nHelp celebrate honored guest\, Mark Schaffnit\, for all his contributions to Westfall Schools.\nMark Schaffnit dedicated 33.5 years of his career to teaching at Westfall\, with a significant part of that time spent leading as the band director. A graduate of Capital University\, Mark has been a prominent figure in the Columbus area as a professional percussionist since 1986. He commenced his teaching journey at Westfall in 1987. Throughout his tenure\, he was a familiar presence at over 600 football and basketball games and played a pivotal role in organizing 15 memorable band trips to Disney World. Currently\, Mark continues to inspire through music as the drummer at Liberty Presbyterian Church.
