Let’s get excited about fitness in 2023!  These classes are always a blast!  All sizes, ages, physical abilities, etc welcome!  Be sure to wear your neon or white colors!  Class is $15 and includes your class, a single serve AdvoCare Spark, Rehydrate or Chike Protein Coffee.  Also included is glow paint, sticks, and other glow accessories to borrow.  Bring a mat and water.  Payment can be made via cash at the door, PayPal or Venmo.  Let’s get your GLOW ON!
