A MATTER OF BALANCE is an award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. \nThis program is an 8-session series that emphasizes practical strategies to manage falls. YOU WILL LEARN TO: view falls as controllable set goals for increasing activity make changes to reduce fall risks at home exercise to increase strength and balance. \nWHO SHOULD ATTEND? anyone concerned about falls anyone interested in improving balance\, flexibility and strength anyone who has fallen in the past anyone who has restricted activities because of falling concerns \nDates are August 5\, 7\, 12\, 14\, 19\, 21\, 26 and 28 from 1PM to 3PM. \nREGISTRATION is required and begins July 5. Space is limited. Register for the entire series online by clicking on the August 5\, 2024 calendar date or call 740-477-1644 x 0. Participants must join by August 12.  \nIf you are interested in taking this class please add your name to the Waiting List. And if you don’t get into this class\, you will be the first called for the next A MATTER OF BALANCE class we offer.
