DESCRIPTION:ArtsaRound Gallery invites the community to experience the creativity of local student artists during the annual Best of Pickaway County High Schools Art Show throughout the month of April. The exhibition features artwork from students representing Teays Valley\, New Hope\, Westfall\, Circleville\, and Logan Elm High Schools\, with pieces judged in multiple categories and a Best of Show award presented. \nVisitors can also participate by voting for their favorite school during the show. Each vote helps determine which school takes home the traveling trophy\, while funds raised help support the exhibition and student awards. \nStop by the gallery during open hours in April to celebrate the talent of Pickaway County’s next generation of artists.

DESCRIPTION:Join artist Shannon Timura at Deer Creek Lodge for a hands-on\, make-and-take needle felting workshop as part of Ohio’s Arts in the Parks program. \nCreate your own felted “park charm” inspired by Deer Creek State Park’s animals\, textures\, and natural surroundings. These beginner-friendly sessions are designed so participants can complete a finished piece in one visit\, with rotating themes that may include woodland wildlife\, water\, and trees. \nGuests of all experience levels are welcome\, making this a fun and creative activity for both beginners and returning artists. \nWorkshops are offered on select weekends:\nMarch 13–15\, March 20–22\, March 27–29\, April 3–5\, April 10–12\, and April 17–19. \nSession times vary by day:\n• Fridays (5–7 PM): Meet the artist and learn needle felting techniques• Saturdays (10 AM–12 PM\, 3–5 PM\, 7–8 PM): Create your own felted park charm• Sundays (10 AM–12 PM): Create your own felted park charm \nThis workshop is free to attend.
