Running June 11–14\, this annual celebration transforms Scioto Street into a hub of twinkling lights\, local flavors\, and shared memories. \nHighlights & Experiences: \n\n\nCarnival Classics & Thrill RidesFestival-goers can purchase a $15 wristband for unlimited access to the Ferris wheel\, tilt-a-whirl\, and all the midway’s favorite games. \n\n\nRotating Live MusicEach night features a new lineup of regional and local acts on the Shelterhouse Stage—spanning country covers\, classic rock\, blues-inspired jams\, and more. Check the nightly schedule for performers. \n\n\nPublic Safety Day (Thursday\, June 12)Families can explore Touch-A-Truck exhibits\, witness vehicle extrication demonstrations\, and participate in hands-only CPR workshops—underscoring the festival’s dedication to community wellness. \n\n\nRoyalty Contests & ParadeSpectators cheer on Little Miss and Mister contestants\, Junior and Senior Queen candidates as they vie for their crowns\, then line the downtown route for floats\, marching bands\, and vintage cars in the Homecoming Parade. \n\n\nLocal Flavors & Beer GardenVisitors sample everything from funnel cakes to savory sliders\, and can grab a cold drink to enjoy at picnic tables in the beer garden. \n\n\nVisitor Information: \n\n\nFree Admission & Parking: Entry to the festival is free.
