SUMMARY:Parkinson's Walk for a Cure
DESCRIPTION:13th Annual Parkinson’s Walk for a Cure where families and friends join together to:  \n1) increase awareness of how prevalent Parkinson’s disease is becoming within Pickaway County \n2) provide ongoing support for those persons and caregivers in our community who are experiencing the real-life challenges of Parkinson’s disease \n 3) raise funds to advance research to find a cure through the Parkinson’s Foundation. \nApril is Parkinson’s Awareness Month! Our in-person event will be on April 27\, 2024 and will be at Mary Virginia Crites Hannan Park\, 1230 Pontius Rd\, Circleville\, OH 43113. On-site registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. A minimal registration fee of $25 that includes PWFAC 2024 t-shirt. \nOn the registration page\, there is an option to choose a virtual walk if you are unable to attend the in-person walk.
