Using Ripstix®\, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising\, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.\nDesigned for all fitness levels\, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose\, getting energized\, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to rockstars of all ages and abilities.\nThis $20 Special Halloween Event will include a POUND class (Halloween inspired set list)\, followed by your choice of wine\, beer\, cider or slushy! Non-alcoholic options will be available too.\nPlease be sure to wear a costume that is comfortable to work out in\, or something you can easily change in and out of. Bring a yoga mat or beach towel\, as we will be sitting for two songs and laying on our back for one song\, and water.
