DESCRIPTION:Please join not one\, not two\, not three\, but FOUR fitness instructors coming together as a community to help a family in need this holiday season! We need your help! This fitness class will require a minimum $10 donation or item/s off of the families wishlist (items coming soon)\, with 100% going to the family.\nIn this class you will get a mix of several different formats: strength\, dance\, kickboxing\, POUND\, cardio and to close the event will be a sound bath. What a great way to sample so many formats and several instructors in one class!\n\nWe hope to raise enough money and items to fulfill their wishlists with your help!
