Welcome to my third 6 week Wellness Challenge!  PLEASE read the flyer in the event to help answer a few questions you may have and to quickly go over some important info.  Please pay ASAP if you can so I can prepare for you.  Feel free to send me a message with questions, or post in the event!

This challenge is full of multiple challenges.  It is just that . . . A CHALLENGE.  This is a great way to reset your mind, body and soul for a positive and successful 2023.  I am a Certified ACE Group Fitness Instructor, a Global Representative for POUND Fitness, and a Personal Trainer currently in training.

If you have done my challenges in the past, this one will be a bit different!  Some things will still be the same or similar, but you will see some changes too.  There will be food challenges, exercise challenges, mental health challenges, journaling, journal prompts, a private fb group and more (See flyer)

For this challenge you must purchase a hard copy of Strong Women lift each other up” by Molly Galbraith.  Must be a hard copy and not audio.

Join the Westfall community for a night of food and fun, including a live, silent, Chinese auctions, and fun games to win prizes!
A good time for a good cause! YOU can help create opportunities for students at Westfall!
Help celebrate honored guest, Keith Downing for all his contributions to Westfall Schools. Keith is a graduate of Miami Trace, Rio Grande, and University of Dayton. His illustrious teaching and coaching career spanned 30 years. This included 15 years at Westfall where he taught Business classes and then classes for Pickaway Ross and then 15 years at Circleville. His amazing coaching career at Westfall started as an assistant football coach under Clarence Perry then he became the head coach. His record over 13 years was 95 wins and 34 losses. This included 7 SVC Championships and the first State Playoffs for Westfall in 1996 and then made it to the State again in 2012. These great years at Westfall also included 7 years as SVC Coach of the Year, one year as Central District Coach of the Year and Assistant Coach for the Big 33 Game in 1994. And, in his spare time at Westfall he was the freshman baseball coach for 3 years and Jr. High track coach for 1 year. In addition to the many great years at Westfall, he then went on to coach football for Circleville for 15 years.
Keith’s lovely wife, Nancy is a Westfall School Nurse. They have 2 children and 4 grandchildren.

Event Details

Bowl For Kids’ Sake is one of our largest fundraising events every year and we want YOU to join in the fun!
Get your team of 5 together, raise some money for a great cause,
​and spend the day with us on March 5th.
To participate you must raise $300/team
and will sign up to bowl at 12:00 or 2:00
​At the event you will receive a Bowl For Kids’ Sake t-shirt, along with pizza and drinks.
There will also be raffle prizes and a chance to win other prizes for teams who raise more money.
​You don’t have to be a great bowler, just willing to have fun and raise money to help our kids!

Event Details

Learn about the history of the Marfield Bank Building, the Marfield Family and a little bit about original circle where the city of Circleville was founded. Guest speaker, Jane Shaw, of the Pickaway County Historical Society, will be on hand to give attendees an interesting historical overview of the building and more.  The Marfield Bank Building was built in 1848 on what was then the Original Circle. Come spend the afternoon with us and learn about the history of this pie shaped landmark. The event is free and open to the public.
